Salon NovantaDue ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information this website collects, how it's used, and your rights under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What this site collects
This is a single-page recruiting site. It contains no forms and stores no personal information on our servers. Tapping the "Text Juliano to Apply" button opens your phone's own messaging app with a pre-filled message — the message is sent directly from your device to our business phone number by SMS, not through this website. We do not receive, log, or store any information through that button beyond what you choose to text us.
Cookies, local storage, and Meta Pixel
This site uses two client-side storage mechanisms, and no others. First, a small first-party entry in your browser's local storage (key: novantadue_careers_consent) remembers whether you accepted or declined optional tracking, so we don't ask you again on every visit. Second, only if you accept, this site loads Meta Pixel, a tool operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. that helps us measure and reach candidates on Facebook and Instagram; Meta Pixel is never loaded if you decline or make no choice, and you can change your mind at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. For browsers with JavaScript disabled, a fallback tracking pixel loads automatically and cannot be gated by your cookie choice — this is a technical limitation of the no-JavaScript fallback method, not a bypass of your preference. If you have JavaScript enabled (the default for nearly all browsers), the Meta Pixel loads only after you accept cookies below. This site does not store any application data on our own servers — see "What this site collects" above. The only data retained anywhere in connection with this site is your consent choice, kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it, and, if you accepted, event data collected by Meta Pixel, retained by Meta under Meta's own policies and outside this site's control. Standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may still be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes, as is standard for any website.

If you text the number on this page to apply, we will use your phone number and message content only to discuss the job opportunity with you. We do not share this information with third parties or use it for marketing.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time.
